Items come from treasure chests you buy with gold and last for the whole run. Power-ups drop from monsters and act instantly or for a few seconds.

Adds maximum health for longer fights.

Recover health steadily during combat.
Mega Ring
Adds evasion to help dodge hits.
Sand Clock
Gain more XP from each orb.
Golden Skull
Collect more gold from each drop.
Censer
Raises the chance of rarer rewards.
Storm Relay
Lightning hits one more nearby foe at half damage (up to three).
Clockwork Heart
+20% Sentry attack speed, up to +100%.
Watchman’s Sigil
One more Sentry, up to five active.
Sigil Hourglass
Thorn Sigils charge 80% faster (up to five stacks).

Restores health.
Magnet
Pulls every orb on the floor to you.
Speed
A burst of movement speed.
Bounty
A short gold rush.
Fury
Temporarily boosts your damage.
Barrier
A protective shield.

Stops the horde in its tracks.
