Skills fire automatically. Pick them on level-up, upgrade them, and multiply them with potions and items.

Auto-fires at the current target and pierces through everything it hits.

Tip: Reliable single-target damage; excellent with projectile potions.

Explodes on impact, damaging all nearby enemies.

Tip: Clears clustered packs; loves area bonuses.

Instantly strikes target enemies with a concentrated beam.

Tip: No travel time — great against fast enemies. The Storm Relay item chains it to more foes.

Blades orbit you, striking anything they pass through.

Tip: A defensive ring that punishes enemies who get close.

A sword strike in front of you, knocking back everything it hits.

Tip: Knockback buys space when you are surrounded.

Spinning stars that ricochet between enemies.

Tip: Strong in dense hordes where every bounce finds a target.

An icy ring damages foes and can freeze them solid.

Tip: Freeze buys escape windows; ideal for boss fights.

A traveling vortex that briefly pulls foes and repeatedly damages them.

Tip: Groups enemies for your area skills.

A piercing crescent returns to you, hitting foes once each way.

Tip: Double hits make it a top damage pick along corridors.

Lobs venom that leaves a lingering pool; ground enemies inside take repeated hits.

Tip: Zone control — drop pools where the horde has to walk.

A flying companion that follows you and fires magic bolts.

Tip: Extra damage that never needs aiming.

Summons a crossbow sentry. The Watchman’s Sigil adds more, up to five.

Tip: Build a turret nest and fight around it.

Flies over the horde to a distant foe, then bursts into flame.

Tip: Reaches enemies far away, including ranged attackers.

Strong skill synergies

Cyclone + Fireball: the vortex pulls the horde together, the explosion hits all of it.
Frost Nova + Lightning: frozen targets cannot dodge an instant strike — perfect for bosses.
Arrow + Shuriken + projectile potions: every extra projectile pierces or bounces through the crowd.
Sentry + Clockwork Heart: five fast-firing sentries turn any spot into a fortress.
Shadow Dagger + Blade Sweep: a close-range shield for melee heroes like Ashen.
