Flame Talon is an epic chest item that raises Phoenix Flyby Damage for Phoenix only. It lasts for the rest of the run. One copy is all it needs; extra copies do nothing.

How to get Flame Talon

Chest items drop from treasure chests out in the wilds — spend gold to open one, and each chest costs more than the last. Rarer items are rarer drops, so Luck (from Fortune or the Censer) makes a epic pull more likely. On every floor’s plaza the Wishing Well grants the exact item you name once per floor: the surest way to complete a build around Flame Talon.
