Heart is a common chest item that raises HP Regen for your whole build. It lasts for the rest of the run. One copy is all it needs; extra copies do nothing.

How to get Heart
Chest items drop from treasure chests out in the wilds — spend gold to open one, and each chest costs more than the last. Rarer items are rarer drops, so Luck (from Fortune or the Censer) makes a common pull more likely. On every floor’s plaza the Wishing Well grants the exact item you name once per floor: the surest way to complete a build around Heart.

Heart is not tied to a skill, which makes it a safe pick for any run. General items like this carry a build through the early floors while the skill-specific legendaries wait for the Wishing Well.
