Overcharge Rod is an epic chest item that raises Overcharge Forks for Storm Surge only. It lasts for the rest of the run. The item text names how far it stacks; every copy past that point is wasted, so reroll it or wish for something else.

How to get Overcharge Rod
Chest items drop from treasure chests out in the wilds — spend gold to open one, and each chest costs more than the last. Rarer items are rarer drops, so Luck (from Fortune or the Censer) makes a epic pull more likely. On every floor’s plaza the Wishing Well grants the exact item you name once per floor: the surest way to complete a build around Overcharge Rod.
